1. Introduction
This Refund Policy is formulated to clarify the after-sales refund rules of Ningjin Muyang Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users. Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order. Completing a purchase shall be deemed as your full understanding of and agreement to all contents of this Policy.
2. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all products purchased through our official website, mainly including physical plastic-related products we specialize in (such as plastic pipes, pipe fittings, plastic accessories, etc.);
If digital products (such as technical drawings, electronic versions of user manuals) are launched in the future, a special refund policy will be formulated separately, and the newly released policy shall prevail at that time.
3. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund
Considering the characteristics of physical products, we will not accept refund applications under the following circumstances. Your understanding is appreciated:
- Issues caused by personal operational errors: Such as mistaken orders, duplicate orders, wrong selection of product models/specifications, provided that there are no quality problems with the products;
- Product compatibility issues: Such as discovering that the product is incompatible with your usage scenario or equipment after purchase (failure to confirm product parameters as prompted before purchase);
- Issues caused by improper use of products: Such as product damage due to improper installation or storage errors, or modified product structure that affects usage;
- Subjective experience issues: Such as subjective dissatisfaction with product appearance, color (within the color difference range allowed by the industry), weight (tolerance in line with national standards), etc., provided that there are no quality defects in the products;
- Issues caused by external factors: Such as failure to receive products due to logistics restrictions or policy adjustments in your region, or refusal to accept normally delivered qualified products for personal reasons.
4. Circumstances Eligible for Refund (Conditional)
We will only accept refund applications under the following eligible circumstances, and the application must be submitted within 7 working days after receipt of the product:
- Product quality issues: If the received product has quality defects such as cracks, deformation, excessive dimensional deviation (exceeding the relevant provisions of national standard GB/T), or functional failure, clear photos/videos of the product defects and quality inspection comparison instructions must be provided;
- Wrong delivery/missing delivery issues: If the model or specification of the received product is inconsistent with the order information, or there are missing items or accessories, order screenshots, photos of the received goods, and photos of the logistics waybill must be provided;
- System or operational error issues: Such as repeated deductions caused by our system failure, successful payment but failed order generation, or product loss or severe damage caused by our errors in the logistics process (an abnormality certificate issued by the logistics party is required);
- Customized product issues: Customized products (such as plastic accessories with exclusive logos) are only eligible for refund if there are severe quality defects (not issues with the customization process itself), and the application must be submitted within 3 working days after receipt of the product.
5. Refund Procedure
If you meet the above refund conditions, please apply in accordance with the following procedure:
- Send an application email to the customer service email address support@mytrd.cn, with the email subject formatted as “Refund Application + Order Number” (example: “Refund Application + ORDER-20240801-12345”);
- The email must include the following materials:
- The email address/account name used for placing the order and the complete order number;
- Payment proof (such as a payment screenshot, bank transaction record, which must clearly show the payment amount and time);
- Issue proof materials (such as photos/videos of product defects, comparison pictures of wrong delivery, logistics abnormality certificate);
- Explanation of the refund reason (briefly describe the issue and indicate the desired handling method: refund/exchange);
- We will complete the review within 3 working days after receiving the email, and the review result will be fed back via email;
- If the review is approved, the refund will be returned through the original payment method (for example, refunds via WeChat Pay/Alipay usually arrive within 3-5 working days, and refunds via bank card may be delayed for up to 7 working days).
6. Currency and Transaction Fee Instructions
- Refunds will be returned in the same currency used for the purchase (for example, if payment is made in RMB, the refund will be in RMB; if cross-border payment is involved, the refund will be settled at the real-time exchange rate at the time of refund);
- If the order involves third-party payment fees or cross-border transaction fees (such as international credit card fees), these fees are charged by the payment channel and will not be refunded. You shall bear the relevant losses;
- Products purchased through non-official channels (such as third-party distributors or personal resellers) are not applicable to this Policy. For refunds, please contact the original purchase channel.
7. Interpretation and Revision of the Policy
- We reserve the final right to interpret this Policy under the premise of complying with laws and regulations;
- We have the right to revise this Policy based on business adjustments, product updates, or changes in laws and regulations. The revised content will be republished on the “Refund Policy” page of the official website and will take effect on the date of publication, without separate notice;
- Your continued purchase of products after the revision of the Policy shall be deemed as your agreement to the revised terms.
